I wish to welcome you to Naivasha Water and Sanitation Company (NAIVAWASCO)’s website, where we will remain connected and engaged with you: our customer, potential partner and stakeholder to provide you with information on the company’s services. It is also a platform through which you can provide feedback to us on our operations.
NAIVAWASCO has been on a continuous improvement journey and we strive to provide access to safe water and sanitation to Naivasha Sub County residents. Access to water and sanitation is basic human right under the Constitution of Kenya as well as Sustainable Development Goals. The Nakuru County Development Agenda is to increase water and sanitation coverage to all by ensuring access to sustainable, clean, potable, affordable, equitable and adequate water for domestic consumption and for industrial, agricultural and other purposes; providing improved appropriate and sustainable waste water quality management services; and improving public and environmental health through sustainable, effective and efficient sanitation service delivery. The County uses water service providers to deliver water and sanitation services to the county residents. NAIVAWASCO has the responsibility of providing water and sanitation within Naivasha Sub County as well as undertaking any other function conferred on it by the Water Act, 2016. NAIVAWASCO will continue to be in the frontline in ensuring access to quality water and sanitation services in the Sub County.
