She is a member of Finance & Administration Committee. She holds a Certificate in Community Health and represents special interest groups (women, people living with disability, youths & marginalized communities) in the Board. She joined the Company in April 2020
Everlyne Kakai
Chief Officer Finance for, and Director Representing County Government of Nakuru
She is the current Chief Officer Finance, Nakuru County Government representing the shareholder in the Board. She is a member of the Finance and Administration Committee as well as Audit, Risk and Governance having joined the company in January 2023.
Tabitha Wangari Kamau
Director Representing Domestic Consumers
She is a Member of Finance & Administration committee representing domestic consumers in the Board. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Counselling Psychology and professional qualification as an Associate Counsellor. She has been serving in the Board since July 2021.

He is a Member of Technical Committee meeting and holds a Higher National Diploma in Automobile Engineering. He represents Community Based Organizations in the Board having joined the Company in 2019.

He is currently the Chief Officer Water & Environment Nakuru County Government representing the shareholder in the Board. He is a member of the Technical Committee as a representative of the County Government. He joined NAIVAWASCO in January 2023.
Mark Kariuki
Director Representing Commercial Consumers
He is a member of the Technical and Audit, Risk & Governance committees and represents Commercial Consumers in the Board. He has a vast experience in the hospitality sector with knowledge from New York and Greece. He has been a Board Member of various institutions including Lake Naivasha Imarisha Board and Development Committee Kenya Medical Training Institute to name just a few. He joined the company in May 2015, and was re-elected in April 2020.
